Photographic Examples of IBC

To inform mature visitors to this web site, here we present photographic examples of inflammatory breast cancer and related photographs.

These photographs are frank.

The first set of photographs show typical visual clinical symptoms that appear at time of diagnosis, before treatment.  Remember there are often non-visual symptoms that include itching, pain, and skin thickening.

The second set of photographs show weight gain as the result of taking steroids as part of the treatment protocol, in this case Decadron.

The final set of photographs depict what are commonly called skin mets (metastasis), in this case appearing along the scar line of the mastectomy.
